Gestalt Therapy

Gestalt Therapy is a holistic approach that emphasizes living in the present moment and understanding the relationship between your mind, body, and emotions.

Rather than focusing solely on past experiences, Gestalt Therapy encourages you to become aware of your current thoughts, feelings, and actions, and how they influence your interactions with others.

By exploring these patterns, you can gain deeper self-awareness and recognize the choices you have in each moment. Gestalt Therapy often involves experiential techniques, such as role-playing or creative expression, to help you fully engage with your emotions and discover new ways of relating to yourself and the world.

Person-Centred Therapy

Person-Centred Therapy is a compassionate, non-directive approach that places you at the center of the therapeutic process.

Developed by Carl Rogers, this therapy is grounded in the belief that you have the innate capacity for self-healing and personal growth. In a supportive and empathetic environment, your therapist provides unconditional positive regard, genuine understanding, and acceptance, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.

The focus is on empowering you to discover your own solutions and develop a deeper sense of self. Person-Centred Therapy helps you build self-confidence, enhance self-awareness, and foster a greater sense of inner peace and authenticity.

Existential Therapy

Existential Therapy is a philosophical approach that explores the fundamental questions of human existence, such as meaning, freedom, responsibility, and mortality.

It encourages you to confront these issues directly, helping you find personal meaning in life and navigate the anxieties that arise from our inherent freedoms and choices.

Rather than focusing on symptoms or diagnoses, Existential Therapy aims to help you live more authentically by understanding your values, making conscious choices, and embracing life’s uncertainties. This therapy empowers you to take responsibility for your life and create a sense of purpose, even in the face of life’s inevitable challenges.
